Nora and her ex-partner and fellow award-winning actor Christopher de Leon have five children. Four of them are adopted, while one is their biological child.

Nora and her son Matet de Leon recently made headlines for their business feud. The two quickly made up.

“There are times when people know that I am not with the children. I miss them too. We have misunderstandings that I do not hide. But the important thing is that you talk to each other, understand each other. Whatever the children lack, the mother will provide. No matter what it is, because they say you are a mother, you must show your children what is really right. There are shortcomings, I have many shortcomings with my children but when we meet, I can tell them my grievances. We talk about what needs to be done, they listen. The important thing is, we talk,” Nora said about her relationship with her children.

Lotlot de leon
Lotlot de Leon is the eldest child of Nora and Christopher. She is also the first adopted child of the former couple.

Parents
Like her parents, Lotlot is also an award-winning actress. The most recent acting award she received was Best Supporting Actress for her excellent performance in the movie ‘On the Job: The Missing 8.’

Lotlot is set to be part of the GMA Network and Viu Philippines collaboration ‘The Write One’.

Fight
She and Nora had a fight because of a disagreement over their gourmet tuyo business. The mother and son are now reconciled.

Kiko Villamayor
Kiko Villamayor is the fourth child of Nora and Christoper. He is also an adopted child.

It was a tearful moment for Christopher de Leon as he visited the wake of his ex-wife, the late Nora Aunor, as well as reunited with their children.

De Leon had a grim expression on his face as he shared tearful hugs with his colleagues before embracing his children Ian and Lotlot at the Heritage Park in Taguig, as seen in a clip shared by the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) spokesperson and publicist Noel Ferrer on his Instagram page on Saturday, April 19.

The clip also showed the screen veteran, who was joined by Ian, looking at Aunor’s coffin.

The National Artist’s wake is held at the Heritage Park in Taguig City, from April 17 to 21, with the public allowed to witness Aunor for the last time on April 19 and 20.

The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) announced that a state funeral will be held for Aunor on Tuesday, April 22, and her internment will be held on the same day.

Aunor, who died at the age of 71 on April 16, will be laid to rest at the Libingan ng mga Bayani.
